Frequently Asked Questions

You’ve got questions, and we’re here to provide the answers you need. Explore our frequently asked questions to gain clarity on elder law, trusts, and the services we offer
What is elder law?
Elder law focuses on legal issues affecting seniors, including estate planning, guardianships, and long-term care. It aims to protect the rights and well-being of older adults.
Creating an estate plan involves assessing your assets, defining your goals, and working with a legal professional to draft necessary documents. A well-crafted estate plan ensures your wishes are honored, and your loved ones are protected.
A trust is a legal arrangement that allows you to manage your assets during your lifetime and dictate their distribution after your death. It can help avoid probate, reduce taxes, and provide for your beneficiaries in a controlled manner.
We provide guidance throughout the Medicaid application process, ensuring you understand eligibility requirements and necessary documentation. Our team is dedicated to helping you navigate this complex system with ease.
If a loved one can no longer make decisions for themselves, it’s essential to consult with a legal professional to discuss the guardianship process. We can assist you in filing the necessary paperwork and representing your interests in court.
